2. Use of the Apps
Our apps are primarily Android photo editor and photo suit applications that allow you to edit images, apply effects, and create creative outputs on your device. You agree to use the apps in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse any features.
2.1. Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FormationApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on your personal Android device for non-commercial, personal use only. You may not sublicense, resell, distribute, or exploit the apps for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
2.2. Content and Contributions
Our apps allow you to import, edit, and create content such as photos, collages, text, and other creative outputs (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content:
- Does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
- Is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
- Complies with applicable laws in your country or region.
You retain ownership of your original User Content. However, to the extent that you share feedback, reviews, or voluntarily send us sample images or materials for promotional or support purposes, you grant FormationApps a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such materials (in anonymized or aggregated form where appropriate) for improving our services and marketing our apps.
2.3. Availability and Updates

If you choose to submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our apps (“Feedback”), you agree that FormationApps may use such Feedback in any manner without obligation to compensate you. Feedback is entirely voluntary, and you waive any claims to ownership or compensation relating to such Feedback.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and materials within the apps, including but not limited to UI design, icons, templates, frames, filters, text, graphics, logos, and software code, are owned by FormationApps or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.1. Ownership
The content, features, and functionality of FormationApps apps and website are the exclusive property of FormationApps and/or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our apps, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
3.2. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works based on, or otherwise exploit any part of our apps beyond what is expressly allowed by these Terms.
3.3. Trademarks
“FormationApps” and any associated logos, app icons, and brand elements are trademarks or registered trademarks of FormationApps. Other names and logos used in our apps may be trademarks of their respective owners. You are not authorized to use any trademarks without prior written consent from the relevant owner.
3.4. Copyright Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content in our apps infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@formationapps.com with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located in our app or website.
- Your full contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
